KNOX’s customised workouts focus on strength and conditioning, boxing, and animal flow, among others. If you’re wondering what ‘animal flow’ is — it doesn’t involve any actual animals (though our rewilded estate with its bustling birdlife and resident mammals would suit it perfectly if it did). It’s a mix of yoga and dance aimed at improving your inner strength and flexibility.
Once you’re done working up a sweat, you can chill by the pool and look forward to cocktails and a nutritious dinner made from locally grown and sourced organic food. Delicious much?

Program fee starts at INR 79,059 per person (includes taxes) for a stay in a Luxury Tent, on double sharing basis.
