DINING OPTIONS
At RAAS Jodhpur, you have 5 unique options to choose from, most of which offer a glorious view of the Mehrangarh Fort. The sight of the fort lit up as you enjoy exquisite food and drink is an unforgettable experience. We offer a blend of contemporary western and authentic Rajasthani cuisine.
Baradari
Open all day, Baradari offers a range of local and international cuisine. Whether you are in the mood for Thai flavours, Mediterranean-inspired dishes, or Rajasthani specialities, Baradari has fine fare to suit your tastes. Views of the fort and the serene atmosphere of our haveli courtyard provide a tranquil backdrop for meals all through day. Ingredients are organic, and locally-grown in our very own chef’s garden, ensuring fresh and flavoursome herbs and vegetables.
Darikhana
Darikhana is our alfresco dining option. Perched on the first floor, above the old stables, this dining venue offers clear views of the Mehrangarh Fort.
Evening meals at Darikhana are some of our most popular, where you can see the illuminated fort above and our candlelit Haveli courtyard below. Each meal at the Darikhana is prepared with hand ground spices, specially sourced from a 200-year-old shop hidden in the lairs of Old Delhi. Meals are made from fresh, seasonal, organic herbs and vegetables picked from our chef’s garden.
Private Dining
For a special occasion with your family, a romantic dinner experience, or a large party, the private dining service has beautiful settings for all situations. Choose from a stunning landscaped garden or even the serene poolside, exclusively for you and your guests, with a tailor-made menu. Make a birthday, anniversary, or a romantic moment memorable with a personalised and unique meal.
In-room dining
Eat in the comfort of your own room with our in-room dining service, available 24/7. We want you to have the best experience with us you can, and whether eating in your room or one of our restaurants, our chefs always strive for excellence. The menu here incorporates an assortment of high-quality Indian and international cuisines. From fine dining to comfort food, we have you covered.
The Stepwell Café
The Financial Times’ ‘How To Spend It’ column could not resist including the view from The Stepwell Café. It’s three stories overlook the Stepwell and it is a city favourite for its unique location. With balconies opening onto the square, you can spend an afternoon watching life flow through the Stepwell.
With its ground-floor air-conditioned and the upper floors open, the café serves lunch and dinner; and coffee, tea and cocktails. The menu offers a mixed fare of European and Indian favourites. The café is open to the square and street but can also directly be approached from RAAS by a private door on to the Stepwell.
