Sunset Bird Watching by Boat: A boat ride on the lake at sunset with our resident naturalist to spot local and migratory birds.

Kayaking: A tranquil kayaking session on the calm waters of the Chhatrasagar Lake.

THE FAMILY EXPERIENCE
RAAS Chhatrasagar is as much for families as it is for anyone else. The Family Tent offers generous space and a setting that gives children room to roam, explore, and be curious. We provide dedicated activities tailored by age group to help you plan your stay:
- Nature Explorer Kit (All Ages): Includes binoculars, a bird checklist, a magnifying glass, and a colouring book.
- Bug Hunt Adventure (Ages 4 to 10): A safe, guided outdoor activity to find and learn about local insects.
- Cooking or Cookie Decorating (Ages 4+): A fun kitchen session with our Chef.
- The RAAScals Book (Ages 5 to 11): A custom activity book filled with games, puzzles, and facts about Chhatrasagar’s wildlife.
- Junior Naturalist Certificate (Ages 5+): Awarded to children upon completing their nature activities.
CONDITIONS
- Valid for new bookings only and subject to availability.
- Luxury Tents accommodate a maximum of two adults. Extra beds cannot be added due to the tent layout.
- Families travelling with up to two children (ages 6–19) must book a Family Tent.
- We recommend booking your chosen activities in advance to ensure availability.
- Standard hotel cancellation and payment policies apply.
- Rates exclude the applicable 18% government tax.
- Summer rates are valid until 30th September 2026.
- Winter rates apply from 1st October 2026 to 30th April 2027.
