You always want to take that one quick vacation in the monsoon, but there’s that key question to answer. “Where?” If you asked us, we’d probably say: “Jodhpur.” For starters, you can fly from most metros. Once here, you’ll get to soak in the atmospherics of a heritage precinct, even if you choose not to leave the poolside. Then the food – Rajasthani and otherwise – made using the season’s freshest, harvested from our own gardens and farms. If you choose to venture out, and why not (Jodhpur’s back in the green again), there’s plenty to do.
