Refunds & Cancellations

Standard deposit/ guarantee policy:
For FIT’s
- A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking confirmation. The payment link or bank account details will be shared with the guest 45 days prior to arrival for payment of 100% accommodation charges.
- For bookings made within 30 days prior to arrival, 100% payment of the accommodation charges is required at the time of confirmation.
For Groups
- For groups availing between 7 rooms – 20 rooms, hotel must receive a 15% advance at the time of confirmation. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of booking. A further 35% advance is required 120 days prior to the date of arrival. The balance must be paid 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
- For group reservations made within 60 days prior to arrival, 100% advance payment must be received within 3 working days of offer confirmation, failing which, the booking will be treated as cancelled.
Standard cancellation/refund policy
For FIT’s
- In the event of any cancellation or amendment of the confirmed booking within 30 days of the date of arrival, will incur a cancellation charge of entire duration of stay.
For Groups (between 7 rooms – 20 Rooms)
- Cancellation/modified of the entire group before 120 days prior to arrival, no cancellation charge will be applied.
- Cancellation/modified of the entire group between 119-90 days prior to arrival, a 25% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
- Cancellation/modified of the entire group between 89-60 days prior to arrival, a 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
- Cancellation of the entire group between 59-30 days prior to arrival, a 75% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
- Cancellation of the entire group within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the total billing will be charged.
