RAAS Devigarh offers a variety of local and international dishes in beautiful settings around the palace. Breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant, while lunch is available in the bar. Room service is available 24/7, and you can dine by the pool or anywhere else in the palace. We also have a wellness menu with healthy options made from the finest ingredients, including herbal teas.

Kothar Bar
Enjoy refreshing cocktails, fine wines, and fresh coffee at the Kothar Bar, open all day. Our selection includes the best of Indian vineyards, international wines, and hand-squeezed juices, all to be enjoyed from the deck with a beautiful view of the hills.
The Restaurant
Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside and the Aravali hills with a seasonal menu featuring dishes made from home-grown ingredients, handpicked from the chef’s garden. The restaurant’s clean, minimalist design is complemented by original wall paintings of Devigarh’s former rulers and historic photographs of the palace.
Darbar Bar
An enclosed courtyard with the sound of cascading water fountains and a central double-height space, the Darbar Bar offers diners a unique ambience ideal for an intimate meal or sundowners, with open-air side galleries that offer enviable views.
Hawa Gokhra
Originally built with multiple windows to harness wind energy and keep the interiors cool in the summers, the Hawa Gokra’s architectural features make it an intimate setting for meals while offering a vantage point for views of the palace.

Garden Dining

Janana Courtyard
Janana Courtyard contains a modern fountain beside an ancient swing. Enjoy local delicacies from our world-class kitchen in this open-air setting steeped in the history of Devigarh Palace. Janana means ‘Maidens,’ and the Janana Courtyard was once the palace’s women’s quarters. Now open to all, and a venue for all seasons, you will be welcomed by candles and an array of flowers.
Pool Deck
No trip to the Devigarh Palace is complete without a meal enjoyed with the backdrop of the setting sun. Overlooking the Aravalli Range, this open-air terrace features protective umbrellas to shield against unexpected weather.The venue is ideal for evening drinks, high tea, or dinner, with the pool calmly lapping at your feet.

Restaurant Terrace
The Restaurant Terrace is a place to create memories as soon as you walk in. Sit around a fire at this special venue for a meal, or to raise a glass to the good life. Enjoy the best of the palace’s cuisine under the stars from a unique vantage point above Delwara village.

Sheesh Mahal
An intimate room with hand-decorated mirrors and stunning views of the Udaipur countryside, The Sheesh Mahal is a historic space, once used by kings to entertain their queens and royal guests. It can be prepared with candles and flowers for a warm, glowing atmosphere.
